The Evaluation of Secondary Math Teachers from Two Highly Selective Routes to Alternative Certification will examine the relative effectiveness of secondary math achievement who obtain certification through the two largest highly selective routes to alternative This second package for the majority of the data collection, including the teacher survey and collection of teacher contact information, a teacher math content knowledge assessment, a form for teachers to release their test scores to the study team, parent/guardian consent forms, collection of school records data, a student math assessment and studentsÂ’ assent for taking the assessment, and a protocol for semi-structured interviews of alternative certification program administrators.
