Approved as
amended by ED's 9/28/95 memorandum to OMB. As ED has agreed, the
certifications will be removed from the SAR that now appear on the
FAFSA (1840-0110), reducing burden on schools and aid applicants
substantially. ED will assess the feasibility of allowing middle
names for future SAR submissions, and report on this issue as part
of the next request for PRA clearance. Last, ED shall provide OMB
with a final mock-up of the SAR as soon as the contractor completes
its work on the form.
