Approved as
amended by ED's 11/14/94 memorandum to OMB. OMB does not approve
survey items 14 and 15 as revised, which ask for third-party
opinions about the effect of financial aid on student behavior. ED
is developing a related survey of students on the effects of Federa
financial aid, and that document is the appropriate forum for
maximizi the usefulnes of the information contained in those two
questions. -- The conditions of clearance for the PEQIS system,
dated 2/16/93, remain in effect through the expiration date.
