Abstract: THE TEACHER FOLLOWUP SURVEY IS THE FIFTH PORTION OF THE SCHOOLS AND STAFFING SURVEY, TO BE CONDUCTED ONE YEAR AFTER THE BASE YEAR DATA COLLECTION. IT IS A FOLLOWUP OF THE TEACHERS WHO LEFT THEIR TEACHING PROFESSIONS AND S SUBSAMPLE OF THOSE WHO REMAINED IN THEIR TEACHING PROFESSIONS. FIELD TEST IS TO TEST THE DATA COLLECTION PROCEDURES AND INSTRUMENTS. RESPONDENTS FOR THE FIELD TEST WILL BE SAMPLED FROM
