The International Resource Information System (IRIS) is an online performance reporting system for International and Foreign Language Education (IFLE) grantees. IFLE grantees are institutions of higher education, organizations and individuals funded under Title VI of the Higher Education Act of 1965, as amended (HEA) and/or the Mutual Educational and Cultural Exchange Act (Fulbright-Hays Act). Grantees under these programs enter budget and performance measure data for interim, annual and final performance reports via IRIS, as well as submit International Travel Approval Requests and Grant Activation Requests.
