The Social Security Administration (SSA) coordinates with the Railroad Retirement Board (RRB) to provide an integrated system of benefits to railroad workers, their dependents, and their surviving family members. SSA uses form SSA-671, the Railroad Employment Questionnaire, to collect the information it needs to coordinate benefits with the RRB. The respondents are retiring or disabled railroad workers, their dependents, or their survivors. We are submitting this non-substantive change request to include the Consolidated Claims Experience (CCE) System.
