The survey includes questions about the implementation of state policies within schools, the usefulness of supports received from the state, and supports provided to teachers. In a few weeks, we will ask you to complete a second online survey with additional questions on the implementation of state policies, adoption of policies and practices in your charter school, and supports you provide to teachers. Principals’ perspectives are particularly important for the 2021–22 school year given that the pandemic interrupted the usual functioning of the educational system and heightened the need to address educational equity.
