Section 314(a)(2) of the Coronavirus Response and Relief Supplemental Appropriations Act, 2021 provides funding for grants
to historically black colleges and universities (HBCUs). This change request updates the approved HBCU application to
include two data points needed to calculate awards under this section. We expect an increase of 1 hour per grantee, for a
total of 97 additional burden hours.
