The Historically Black Colleges and
Universities (HBCU) Program and Fostering Undergraduate Talent by
Unlocking Resources for Education (FUTURE) Act 2019 are authorized
by Title III, Part B and Part F. The purpose of these programs is
to provide historically Black institutions with resources to
establish or strengthen their physical plants, financial
management, academic resources, and endowments.
The total numbers of responses
and burden hours have been corrected to reflect the three-year
averages (annualized) for this program.
