The Workforce Innovation and Opportunity Act requires states to report on performance in core programs such as the Wagner-Peyser Act programs, the Adult, Dislocated Worker, and Youth programs, Adult Education and Family Literacy Act programs, and the Vocational Rehabilitation Act programs.
