SSA Mobile Website – User Testing Information/Questions/Scenarios
Introduction:
Social Security has developed a prototype of a mobile version of our website, which we hope to make available to the public later this year. We’d like you to look at our prototype and give us your impressions. Then, we’d like to present you with a few tasks and see if you would be able to accomplish them on this mobile website. We’re also interested in how you go about getting the tasks done.

You are viewing one of the pages on the mobile site and want to go back to the home page.
You need to go to the Social Security office, but there was a hurricane in your area, and you want to find out if the office is closed.
You are unable to find the information you are looking for on the mobile site and decide to go to the main Social Security site.
You are getting ready to retire and want some basic information.
You want to watch a video about Social Security on You Tube.
