The Energy Information Administration (EIA) is conducting its quarterly uranium survey, Form
EIA-851Q "Domestic Uranium Production Report (Quarterly)". The legal authority for this
mandatory survey comes from Section 13(b) of the Federal Energy Administration Act of 1974
(FEAA) (Public Law 93 275), as amended. The Form EIA-851Q is used to collect data to update
the Domestic Uranium Production Report - Quarterly.
Please logon to the EIA Single Sign On Login System to access the EIA Internet Data Collection
System and EIA-851 Domestic Uranium Production Report survey to submit your EIA-851Q data
for 4th Quarter 2009. The due date is January 15, 2010.
