previous Terms of Clearance along with substantial OMB concerns
regarding the package as a whole have resulted in disapproval at
this time. OMB will work closely with the Agency to improve the
collection and is willing to waive the notice and comment period
for the re-worked submission.

NIDA seeks to assess the effectiveness
of the Brain Power! materials to stimulate interest in scientific
learning about the biology of the brain and neurobiology of drug
addiction and to lay the foundation for drug abuse
prevention.
On behalf of this Federal agency, I certify that
