Attached for your review and approval is the application package for the Asian American and Native American Pacific Islander-serving Institutions and the Native American-serving Nontribal Institutions Program. We are requesting a three-year approval. The application will be used for the Fiscal Year 2008 competition, which will be held in Spring 2008.

The attached ICR Part I, ICR Part II, Supporting Statement, and the Application for the Asian American and Native American Pacific Islander-serving Institutions and the Native American-serving Nontribal Institutions programs are being submitted as required for approval of a data collection instrument.
