NONDISCLOSURE AGREEMENT

Regional Educational Laboratory at WestEd

The design of the Assessment Accommodations for English Language Learners study requires that researchers review secure materials. To protect the confidentiality of participants and the security of all study documents, only authorized persons are permitted to view proprietary study materials, test and survey results, and preliminary findings from data analyses. These materials may not be reproduced, discussed, or in any way released or distributed to unauthorized personnel.

The undersigned is an employee, contractor, consultant, advisory committee member, or agent otherwise authorized to view secure study materials and hereby agrees to be bound to the terms of this agreement restricting the disclosure of said materials.
