Impact Evaluation of the DC Opportunity Scholarship Program

In processing this request to change the structure of the incentives, ROCIS is requiring a document or form in the IC. The collection was initially migrated over into Rocis – and is in the last phases of the program ( the testing and response phase). No particular document can be loaded and attributed to this request – since the change in incentives covers the whole study. Therefore I have put a placeholder into Rocis for this IC to get the 83C and justification to process in ROCIS.
