Other change** The purpose of this change sheet is to correct the responses total for the currently approved information collection, Impact Evaluation of Upward Bound's Increased Focus on Higher-Risk Students - Baseline Data Collection Protocols, 1850-0822. ED reported the correct respondent total and burden, but the actual number of responses should have been 10,890 to be consistent with the burden table in the supporting statement, #12. The final supporting statement has been attached as well.
