collection of information to OMB for review SAMHSA shall consult
with partners concerning improving measurements of program

control groups for future assessment purposes where possible.

The primary purpose of the PPW program
is to expand the availability of comprehensive, high quality
residential treatment services for pregnant and postpartum women
who suffer from alcohol and other drug use problems, and for their
infants and minor children impacted by the perinatal and
environmental effects of paternal substance use and abuse and other
co-occurring disorders.
On behalf of this Federal agency, I certify that
the collection of information encompassed by this request complies
with 5 CFR 1320.9 and the related provisions of 5 CFR
1320.8(b)(3).
