The Evaluation of Educational
Technology interventions is a Congressionally mandated study
addressing questions of whether the use of educational technology
in classrooms improves student learning, and whether conditions and
practices in classrooms are related to whether technology is
effective. The study will randomly assign classrooms to use
educational technology products to ensure that technology effects
are measured using a scientifically rigorous design.
On behalf of this Federal agency, I certify that
the collection of information encompassed by this request complies
with 5 CFR 1320.9 and the related provisions of 5 CFR
1320.8(b)(3).
