The revised
collection is approved for use on the following conditions: 1) ACF
will revise the instructions for OCSE 34A lines 9c and 9d to
incorporate the changes recommended in the comment letter from
NCCSD dated May 21, 2003. 2) ACF will revise the both forms to
reflect an expiration date of 06/30/2006. 3) ACF will submit a
change worksheet (OMB 83-C) when electronic method of submission is
implemented with an updated assessment of burden hours.

These forms are used by States to
report the expenditures made and the collections of child support
payments received under Title IV-D of the Social Security Act
during each fiscal quarter. This includes a breakdown of the
portion of the collected payments that are distributed to the
custodial parent or to the Federal or State governments. These
forms are also used by the States to provide semiannual budget
estimates for the program. The reported expenditure and collection
information is used to calculate quarterly grant awards and annual
incentive payments to the States, and is published in an Annual
