Approved
consistent with changes described in NIH memos of 10-3- 01 and
10-10-01. Approval is for two years (with burden adjusted
accordingly) since this will give NIH sufficient time to complete
this project. In addition the following two terms apply: 1. In any
public discussion of the results of this survey, NIH will discuss
the response rates, and what effect (if any) they have on
interpretations of the results of this study. 2. If response rates
for this follow-up fall below 80%, NIH shall conduct a study of
non-response to be approved by OMB.
