OMB approves the
study contingent upon the changes made in the correspondences of
August 24, and September 7, 8, and 11. Specifically, NIH modified
the study by decreasing the number of respondents and increasing
the response rate, requiring an update to the requested burden
numbers. In addition, NIH re-calculated the burden numbers
utilizing a three-year time frame instead of the proposed six-year
time frame.
