reporting option for applicants. If none can be developed, the next
submission will describe the obstacles and a time frame and
strategy for overcoming these obstacles. (2) ED will begin a
process to revise the AFEA to carry out ED's new policy on numeric
identifiers for higher ED institutions - - use of the OPE-ID in
lieu of the D-U-N-S.

Applications are required to receive
grants under the Javits Gifted and Talented Students Education

Higher Education, and other public and private agencies and
organizations, including Indian tribes and organizations, as
defined by the Indian Self-Determination and Education Assistance
