Abstract: This application will be used by eligible telecommunications partnerships composed of local school agencies, State education agencies, institutions of higher education, television stations, and other telecommunications agencies including radio and TV stations. The information will be used to make awards and to assure that statutory and requirements are met. This collection involves a discretionary grant and falls under the Streamlined Discretionary Grant process (1890-0001).
