Approved as
amended by ED's memo to OMB of 5/12/98. Further, it should be noted
that the regulatory provisions 647.21 and 647.22 both deal directly
with the discretionary grant application and therefore use of the
streamline procedure (1890-0001) to cover these provisions under
the PRA was proper. Further, in order to minimize duplicative
reporting, ED agrees to revise the budget summary form to remove
the requirement that respondent report their OPE-ID and D-U-N-S
numbers as these numbers were previously reported on the
application face sheet. The legal name will be the only necessary
identifier on the budget summary sheet.
