Terms of Clearance: This collection is approved for use in FY96 which is the final year of funding under the LSCA program. If the program is refunded under the Library Services and Technology Act, all related applications and performance reports under the current program will need to be revised and tailored to the new program requirements. In addition, ED shall add the OMB number and expiration date to the cover sheet of the performance report prior to its next use.
