CFR 1320 and the Paperwork Reduction Act. this collection of
information is approved through June 1992. EPA may not, however,
ask questions about the "uses" for chemicals produced from
controlled substance feedstocks. At such time as EPA requests
renewal of this collection, a more throrough justification of the
need for "requests for trades" will be required.
