This ICR is
approved for three years. EPA shall continue to require 6(a)(2)
submitters to retain certified mail receipts for two years rather
than for the life of the product. Recordkeeping for the life of the
product should be limited to health and safety data. EPA has done a
good job reestimating the burden more accurately.
