Abstract: THE STUDY WILL COLLECT TRANSCRIPT DATA FOR THOSE STUDENTS SAMPLED IN THE 1986 NAEP ASSESSMENT. THE STUDY WILL RE-USE TWO DATA COLLECTION FORMS FROM THE ASSESSMENT: THE SCHOOL CHARACTERISTICS AND POLICIES QUESTIONNAIRE AND THE SPECIAL EDUCATION STUDENT FORM (PREVIOUSLY, THE EXCLUDED STUDENT FORM).
