This package is
approved through January 1985 to allow EEOC to provide more
accurate estimates of the burden that UGESP recordkeeping
requirements impose on both small (under 100 employees) employers
and large employers. Any subsequent request for clearance of these
requirements must include: (1) a separate burden estimate for the
large and for the small employers, (2) a complete documentation of
these burden estimates, (3) a complete assessment of all
recordkeeping alternatives being considered by the EEOC as outlined
in the Regulator Program of the United States Government, published
August 8.
