Abstract: THE OCSE-4 IS USED BY NONCOMPUTERIZED STATES TO SUBMIT REQUESTS DIRECTLY TO THE FEDERAL PARENT LOCATOR SERVICE. THESE STATES USE THIS FORM TO OBTAIN ADDRESS INFORMATION AND SOCIAL SECURITY NUMBERS OF ABSENT PARENTS FOR THE PURPOSE OF LOCATING THEM AND ENFORCING CHILD CHILD SUPPORT OBLIGATIONS. STATE AGENCIES ARE THE AFFECTED PUBLIC.
