THE 61,185 REFLECTS THE RESPONSES FROM LEAS AND INDIVIDUAL SCHOOLS. 3971 HOURS FOR RECORDKEEPING ARE SHOWN AS A CORRECTION-ERROR SINCE THIS REQUIREMENT WAS IN USE WITHOUT CLEARANCE. THE 99,675 HOURS ARE A REESTIMATE TO REFLECT THE CORRECT NUMBER OF RESPONSES. THIS APPROVAL IS SUBJECT TO THE FOLLOWING CHANGES: (1) INCLUDE ON THE FORM OR IN THE INSTRUCTION A STATEMENT CONTAINING THE FOLLOWING OR SIMILAR LANGUAGE: "THIS REPORT IS REQUIRED UNDER SEC. 709(c), TITLE VII , CIVIL RIGHTS ACT OF 1964, AS AMENDED.
