Abstract: EEO-5 DATA ARE USED BY EEOC TO INVESTIGATE CHARGES OF EMPLOYMENT DISCRIMINATION AGAINST PUBLIC ELEMENTARY AND SECONDARY SCHOOL DISTRICT DATA ARE SHARED WIITH DEPARTMENT OF EDUCATION, OFFICE FOR CIVIL RIGHT SHARED WITH 23 STATE AND 56 LOCAL FEPC AGENCIES.
