Abstract: THE STATE-LEVEL PERSONNEL EXCHANGE IS PART OF THE NCES ASSISTANCE PROGRAM. NCES WILL PAY FOR TRAVEL AND PER DIEM FOR EMPLOYEES FROM ONE STATE TO VISIT ANOTHER STATE TO PROVIDE TECHNICAL ASSISTANCE. THESE APPLICATION FORMS ARE NECESSARY TO DETERMINE THE PURPOSE OF THE EXCHANGE AND TO DETERMINE THAT THE APPROPRIATE STATE-LEVEL APPROVALS HAVE BEEN OBTAINED.
