THE STATE PLAN IS THE DOCUMENT
SUBMITTED BY A STATE IN ORDER TO RECEIVE GRANTS UNDER ALLOTMENTS
AUTHORIZED IN THE OLDER AMERICANS ACT, SECTIONS 304 AND 308, TITLE
III (P.L. 95-478). THE STATE PLAN IS REQUIRED BY SECTION 307 OF THE
ACT, AND IS USED TO OBTAIN ASSURANCES AND COMMITMENTS THAT THE
STATE WILL ADMINISTER ACTIVITIES FUNDED UNDER ITS ALLOTMENTS IN
ACCORD WITH THE ACT AND ALL RELEVANT FEDERAL STATUES AND
REGULATIONS
On behalf of this Federal agency, I certify that
the collection of information encompassed by this request complies
with 5 CFR 1320.9 and the related provisions of 5 CFR
1320.8(b)(3).
