The Capital Projects Fund (CPF), administered by the Department of the Treasury, is using the SF-270 (Request for Advance or Reimbursement) as its primary data collection in advance of any payment drawdowns by non-Tribal CPF grant recipients. Recipients will fill out a copy of the form to request a payment from their approved CPF award.
