1 10/6/2025 Citizen It is time to reject the entry of all children at our southern and northern borders if they are not american citizens, keep them out. I also wonder if we can get out of the hague stds and just stop the import of foreigners where we have 20 million here disrupting ths country eveyr single day into chaos. Thank you for your comment.

(a) Is proposed collection of information necessary for the proper performance of the functions of the agency, including whether the information shall have practical utility?

The proposed collection of information is necessary, accurate and appropriate for carrying out agency functions. The proposed collection of information for the purpose of managing the case has practical utility.

(b) What is the accuracy of the agency’s estimate of the burden of the proposed collection of information?

Although the amount of burden hours may vary based on case circumstances, the estimated burden is a reasonable and adequate estimate.

(c) Does the proposal clearly address the quality, utility, and clarity of the information to be collected?

The quality, utility, and clarity of the information to be collected remains sufficient and useful to staff.

(d) Are there ways to minimize the burden of the collection of information on respondents, including through the use of automated collection techniques or other forms of information technology?

The ability to use automated collection techniques, such as Electronic Document Exchange (EDE) transmission, is helpful in minimizing the burden to respondents. Will EDE transmission option for Hague forms become available in the future?

(d) The use of automated collection and data exchange techniques between countries is being explored by the Hague Special Convention. The U.S and various other countries are involved with the initiative to explore automated data exchange between countries.
