The National Oceanic & Atmospheric Administration is submitting this non-substantive change request in order to bring the demographic questions in line with the OPM issued memorandum titled, "Initial Guidance Regarding President Trump’s Executive Order Defending Women. The only changes were to the questions regarding an individual’s sex (Q7.5 on the NWS Heat Survey) to remove two response options. These changes do not affect the public burden response time.
