The Build America Bureau modified the Intake Form for the Thriving Communities Disaster Recovery and Resilience Planning Technical Assistance Program after it received initial PRA clearance (OMB control number 2105-0573) to align the Intake Form with minor changes to the program design that were made to align with Administration direction and priorities. The changes to the form ensure that the Build America Bureau is collecting information that responds to, and allows the Bureau to evaluate submissions against, the program’s goals and objectives. The modifications to the form are not substantive and do not change the level of effort required to complete the form.
