estimated to average 15 minutes per response, including the time for reviewing instructions, searching existing data sources, gathering and maintaining the
data needed, and completing and reviewing the collection of information.

If your firm operates storage facilities in more than one state, separate reports should be prepared for each state
·
Report total capacity and stocks of whole grains and oilseeds in storage facilities operated by your firm
·
If your firm operates more than one Mill, Elevator, or Warehouse in New England:
►report total data for all storage facilities if individual storage facilities do not report
►report only your plant's storage facilities if individual storage facilities report separately
·
INCLUDE both bulk and sacked capacity in the rated storage capacity
·
INCLUDE all whole grains and oilseeds stored in your facilities and/or piles (temporarily stored) regardless of ownership for
farmers, elevators, millers, processors, farmer owned reserve, under loan, and the Government Commodity Credit Corporation.
·
INCLUDE grain to be used for seed
·
INCLUDE both domestic and imported stocks
·
EXCLUDE grain owned that is stored at another licensed grain elevator
