Subject: Updates to AHRQ’s Quality Indicators Customer Survey

The AHRQ Quality Indicators (QI) Program has an active clearance for a survey under an umbrella clearance. The survey was run in 2018, and we wish to re-run this survey in 2025. Over the past seven years, some measures have been retired and others have been introduced. We would like to update the 2018 survey reflect the QI program of 2025.
