This is a substantive change to request approval to conduct the Survey of State Criminal History Information Systems for yearend 2024. There is no change to the burden and minor revisions to the instrument approved for the 2022 collection. The biennial survey of state criminal history repositories will be conducted for yearend 2022. The survey will collect data to be used as the basis for estimating the percentage of total state records that are immediately available through the FBI's Interstate Identification Index and the percentage that include dispositions. All 50 States, DC and the five territories will be surveyed.
