securities market by establishing standards for obtaining,
reviewing, and disseminating information about municipal securities
by their underwriters.

Adjustments in estimates are
based on recent three year averages of collection activities.
Adjustments also take into account an increase in certain costs due
to inflation, an increase in MSRB recordkeeping costs attributed to
EMMA’s continuing disclosure program, and the removal of a
temporary cost incurred by issuers in response to the 2018
Amendments to Rule 15c2-12. See Section 15 of the Supporting
Statement for further detail.
