information only when someone seeks a security zone, regulated
navigation area, or safety zone. It uses the information to assess
the need to establish one of these areas. Respondents are Federal,
State, and local government agencies, vessels and facilities. The
statutory authority is 46 U.S. Code 70001, 70011, 70034 and
70051.
