Form ADV-E is the cover sheet for
accountant examination certificates filed pursuant to rule 206(4)-2
under the Investment Advisers Act by certain investment advisers
retaining custody of client securities or funds.
US Code:
15
USC 80b-6 Name of Law: Investment Advisers Act of 1940
The estimated total annual
burden hours increased from 88.80 to 99.90. The increase is due to
an increase in the total number of annual submissions from 1,776 to
1,998. This increase in submissions is primarily due to an increase
in the number of SEC-registered advisers that are subject to the
surprise examination requirement. As a result, more advisers were
required to file Form ADV-E.
