RE: Non-substantive Change to Approved Information Collection Request (ICR) under OMB Control No. 1830-0027

OCTAE has identified conforming edits and formatting issues that need to be addressed for alignment with the non-substantive changes that OMB approved on July 18, 2024.

• Table 4 (instrument pages 7 and 8)

  • Add “1d” to columns E and L.

  • Table 4 instructions

    • Change number from “three” to “four” to align with currently approved number of types under MSG type 1.

    • Strike reference to “exit” in MSG type 1c.

    • Add reference to MSG type 1d throughout instructions.

• Table 4C columns (instrument page 12)

  • Add “1d” to columns E and L.

• Table 11 (instrument pages 28 and 30)

  • Add “1d” to first MSG row.

  • Table 11 instructions

    • Change number from “three” to “four” to align with currently approved number of types under MSG type 1.

    • Strike reference to “exit” in MSG type 1c.

    • Add language about MSG type 1d.

• Added note on cover sheet about shading of automatically calculated cells.

• Restored shading on tables for automatically calculated cells, such as total rows and columns.
