Subject: Teens ages 14-18! Participate in a group discussion and earn $100!
The U.S. Department of Health and Human Services, Administration for Children and Families, is an agency of the federal government that supports the health and well-being of people. They have hired Mathematica, an independent research company, to test a new survey that will be given to teens taking teen pregnancy prevention, sexual health, and healthy relationship education classes. We need your help to test this survey and make sure that the questions are clear and understandable. Your feedback will help the researchers improve the survey questions before other teens take the survey in their classes.
If you are eligible, have parental permission (if under age 18), and choose to participate, you will join 3-4 other teens for an in-person group discussion led by a researcher. The discussion will last for one and half hours, and as a thank you for participating, you will receive a $100 honorarium. In addition, the parent or caregiver that provides transportation will receive a $50 token of appreciation.

We need teens ages 14-18 years old to take the survey. Your responses to the survey will help researchers as they revise and improve the survey questions before other teens take the survey as part of their classes.
If you are eligible, have parental permission (if under age 18), and choose to participate, you will be sent a link to the survey. The survey will take less than 10 minutes to complete. You will receive XX points for completing the survey.
