to make the Space Apps 2021 such an incredible success. Please let us
know about your experience as a Local Lead for this hackathon.
Please only complete this form if you
are the Local Lead for your approved Location. Please complete this
short survey by Monday, October 18, 2021.
We welcome your candid feedback so that
we can continue to improve, particularly to inform our Space Apps
2022 hackathon. We are also asking you to tell us some high-level
stats and stories so we can tell the story of the collective impact
combining all participating cities. Thank you, thank you, thank you
for being part of this community!
This information collection meets the
requirements of 44 U.S.C 3507, as amended by section 2 of the
Paperwork Reduction Act of 1995. You do not need to answer these
questions unless we display a valid Office of Management and Budget
control number. The OMB control number for this information
collection is 2700-0153 and it expires on 07/31/2024. We estimate
that it will take about 15 minutes to read the instructions, gather
the facts, and answer the questions. You may send comments on our
