This study is being conducted to better understand people’s experiences, attitudes, and behaviors about COVID-19. This is an ongoing study and will have at least 6 surveys. If you participate in this study, we will contact you every four months to complete each survey. Please complete each survey that you are contacted for as your feedback is very important to us.

You will receive $10 for your participation in the first survey and an additional $18 for each of the additional surveys. Each survey should take approximately 35 minutes to complete.
