SUPPLEMENTARY INFORMATION: This
proposed information collection was
previously published in the Federal
Register on May 25, 2022, page numbers
31896–31897 (87 FR 31896) and
allowed 60 days for public comment. No
public comments were received. The
purpose of this notice is to allow an
additional 30 days for public comment.
The NIH may not conduct or sponsor,
and the respondent is not required to
respond to, an information collection
that has been extended, revised, or
implemented on or after October 1,
1995, unless it displays a currently valid
OMB control number.
Proposed Collection: Loan Repayment
Programs (LRP), 0925–0361, expiration
date 10/31/22, EXTENSION, Office of
the Director (OD), National Institutes of
Health.
Need and Use of Information
Collection: The NIH makes available
financial assistance, in the form of
educational loan repayment, to M.D.,
Ph.D., Pharm.D., Psy.D., D.O., D.D.S.,
D.M.D., D.P.M., DC, N.D., O.D., D.V.M,
or equivalent doctoral degree holders
who perform biomedical or behavioral
research in NIH intramural laboratories
or as extramural grantees or scientists
funded by domestic non-profit
organizations for a minimum of two
years (three years for the General
Research subcategory) in research areas
supporting the mission and priorities of
the NIH. The information proposed for
collection will be used by the DLR to
determine an applicant’s eligibility for
the program.
OMB approval is requested for three
years. There are no costs to respondents
other than their time. The total
estimated annualized burden hours are
23,952.

ACTION: Notice.
AGENCY:

Flood hazard determinations,
which may include additions or
modifications of Base Flood Elevations
(BFEs), base flood depths, Special Flood
Hazard Area (SFHA) boundaries or zone
designations, or regulatory floodways on
the Flood Insurance Rate Maps (FIRMs)
and where applicable, in the supporting
Flood Insurance Study (FIS) reports
have been made final for the
communities listed in the table below.
The FIRM and FIS report are the basis
of the floodplain management measures
that a community is required either to
adopt or to show evidence of having in

the respective Community Map

below and will be available online

days have elapsed since that
publication. The Deputy Associate
Administrator for Insurance and
Mitigation has resolved any appeals
resulting from this notification.
This final notice is issued in
accordance with section 110 of the
Flood Disaster Protection Act of 1973,
42 U.S.C. 4104, and 44 CFR part 67.
FEMA has developed criteria for
floodplain management in floodprone
areas in accordance with 44 CFR part
60.
Interested lessees and owners of real
property are encouraged to review the
new or revised FIRM and FIS report
available at the address cited below for
each community or online through the
FEMA Map Service Center at https://
msc.fema.gov.
The flood hazard determinations are
made final in the watersheds and/or
communities listed in the table below.
